YOUR JOB
As Business Support Interim Manager, you will take the lead in strategic and operational projects within customer-focused and administrative processes. Your responsibilities may include:
- Optimising and managing customer service, credit control, file management and billing.
- Analysing and improving client processes and operational workflows.
- Implementing efficient administrative and financial procedures.
- Using and optimising IT systems for business support.
- Managing and coaching teams for optimal efficiency.
Based on your expertise and preferences, we will match you with a suitable project across Flanders and Brussels.
YOUR SKILLS
- Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate fluently in English and/or French.
- Strong knowledge of French and English.
- Proven experience in business support, customer service or credit control.
- Analytical thinking skills and experience in process optimization.
- Strong IT competencies and knowledge of relevant software.
- People management skills and a talent for team coordination.
- Solution-oriented and proactive approach.
