YOUR JOB

As Business Support Interim Manager, you will take the lead in strategic and operational projects within customer-focused and administrative processes. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Optimising and managing customer service, credit control, file management and billing.
  • Analysing and improving client processes and operational workflows.
  • Implementing efficient administrative and financial procedures.
  • Using and optimising IT systems for business support.
  • Managing and coaching teams for optimal efficiency.

Based on your expertise and preferences, we will match you with a suitable project across Flanders and Brussels.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate fluently in English and/or French.
  • Strong knowledge of French and English.
  • Proven experience in business support, customer service or credit control.
  • Analytical thinking skills and experience in process optimization.
  • Strong IT competencies and knowledge of relevant software.
  • People management skills and a talent for team coordination.
  • Solution-oriented and proactive approach.
