As an HR Interim Manager, you will play a key role in the HR departments of our clients. Your expertise will be applied across various domains, including:

  • Recruitment & selection
  • Payroll and compensation & benefits
  • Learning & development
  • Employee relations
  • HR Business Partner projects
  • HR management

Our clients operate in a wide range of industries. Based on your experience and preferences, we will match you with a project that fits you perfectly, anywhere in Flanders and Brussels.

YOUR SKILLS

  • You have an excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written, but can also communicate fluently in English and/or French.
  • You have extensive experience in human resources and are an expert in your field.
  • You are passionate about both soft and hard HR and like to stay up-to-date with current HR trends.
  • You have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • You can work autonomously, but also function well in a team.
  • You have a commercial mindset.
  • You have a flexible and proactive working attitude.

During an initial introductory meeting – either in person or online – we explore your knowledge and expertise and provide more insight into the United Consulting approach. This meeting forms the foundation for a successful collaboration.

Meet the client

We stay in close contact to discuss interesting assignments. We consider your competences, ambitions and motivation, as well as current market trends. When we see a strong match between you and an assignment, we schedule an intake meeting with the client. Upon a successful intake, the collaboration can start.

Long-term collaboration

We actively monitor your project and ensure timely and accurate payments. Towards the end of the cooperation, we will gladly look into a possible extension or a new, suitable project.
